As Garlock people, we are proud to not only provide products, but also continue to develop new solutions. This means that a deeper understanding of the customer's industry and its unique sealing challenges can foster a culture of innovation. Since then, our materials engineers and application engineers have been committed to developing new material combinations and designs that best meet customer requirements.
Some of Garlock's industrial seal research and development facilities maintain global leadership. From material development to product design, we never stop looking for ways to better suit our customers' needs.
Throughout our 125-year history, this innovative approach to products has created a variety of sealing technologies that have changed the world, providing customers with unprecedented value, service life, and reliability.

Garlock also values creating a greener workplace. Since 2005, Garlock has invested more than $ 35 million in refurbishment of its premises in Palmyra, New York, USA, including the removal of more than 200,000 square feet of old buildings, replacement of inefficient wastewater treatment plants, and restoration of valuable wetlands within the plant.
We have built two state-of-the-art new manufacturing plants that use natural gas, heat recovery and regulated HVAC systems, excellent insulation, and more than 180,000 square feet of white energy-efficient reflective roofing.
Rest assured that protecting the beauty and resources of the planet is a top priority for every Garlock employee.
