Carbon fiber and nitrile rubber adhesive

Type 9850 gaskets are made of carbon fiber and nitrile rubber adhesive. This high temperature resistant gasket is a durable seal that will minimize creep relaxation and cold flow issues.

* Recommended minimum assembly stress = 4,800 psi. Preferred assembly stress = 6,000-10,000 psi. It is highly recommended to use a 1/16 "shim thickness.
