Garlock's patented cam lock design

MICRO-TEC® II's patented cam lock design enables excellent drill retention and easy manual installation without the need for a hand press. Other designs of interference fits require special tools for installation and may produce bronze shavings, which can lead to boring.

Combination element

Patented combination element prevents rotor and stator contact. The combination element also prevents the parts from being separated during operation, otherwise it may cause premature failure. All KLOZURE metal isolator designs cover combination components.

Microcellular foam

The closed-cell silicone-based foam used in MICRO-TEC® II bearing isolators is ideal for removing contaminants. MICRO-TEC® II has proven to be superior to other products in extending bearing life in extremely harsh and dirty environments.
